Product Description

Magic DNA select beans is based on spri & nbsp; (Solid Phase Reversible Immobilization ) The imported magnetic bead raw materials with high binding capacity, fast magnetic response and low sedimentation speed and optimized binding buffer are designed for nucleic acid purification and fragment screening. The purified DNA has high recovery efficiency and purity. The operation method, purification and fragment screening effect are highly consistent with Beckman ampure XP. Suitable for manual operation and automatic working platform.

Features

Efficient recovery: Magic DNA select beans can efficiently recover nucleic acid fragments of more than 100bp, and the recovery efficiency is higher than that of ampure XP. The primer dimer can be effectively removed without adsorbing small fragments of DNA less than 100bp for PCR product purification.

Accurate sorting: Magic DNA select beans screen DNA fragments in different proportions, which is highly consistent with the size distribution and recovery efficiency of DNA fragments screened by ampure xp under the same conditions. It can perfectly replace ampure XP and meet the screening needs of a variety of different fragment ranges.

DNA samples were randomly interrupted by two-way screening method with different proportion of magnetic beads (50 μ L,  2.4 ng/ μ 50) The fragment was screened and the product was detected by Agilent Bioanalyzer 2100

Simple operation: the magnetic bead method is simple and fast to purify and screen DNA. The target size and high-purity DNA fragments can be obtained by adjusting the volume of magnetic beads, rapid combination, cleaning, drying and elution.

Screening reference: magnetic beads based on spri principle preferentially adsorb larger DNA fragments, and magic DNA select beans with different proportions can adsorb DNA fragments of different sizes. Referring to the adsorption effect of magnetic beads with different proportions shown in Fig. 4, the use proportion can be adjusted as needed to obtain the target DNA fragment.
